I have an American Eskimo dog who sleeps like that. Furthermore, she sleeps with one paw delicately raised in the air, as if asking a teacher to pick her for class...until it flops down into her face and she wakes up with a startled "WOOF". Then she glares around the room thoroughly blaming all the humans in the house for her embarrassment.
My bulldog always sleeps on her back...and SNOOOOOOORES!!! Contrary to popular believe, as gruff and mean as English Bulldogs appear, they're actually extremely sweet pooches, and mine absolutely goes bonkers for kiddos! She can't hardly contain her excitement when the neighborhood kids are outside!
