You're gonna have yummy salads for a long time! I recommend getting a vacuum sealer. They will keep your lettuce for a LONG time as long as it's not wet inside. Just tear the leaves and put them in the bag dirty. Wash them before you eat. The longer the lettuce stays on the plant the bitterer it gets. As soon as my lettuce starts spouting we start eating and it will just keep growing.
