Several years ago we started a dinner-time ritual at our house.
Not only do I think family dinner time together is very important to keep a family connected, but it's important to open up the lines of communication between family members.
This is what we do.. it's fun and it has started many important discussions, as well as tons of laughs!
Dinner-Time Hi/Low
Starting with the youngest family member at the table and working your way up to the oldest..
Each person tells the best part of their day = High
The worst part of their day = Low
my kids have also added
Funniest part of the day.
weirdest part of the day etc....
its great family bonding time!
