Farm For Sale!! CHEAP!!

I happen to know that this farm has been loved.
It is our family farm.

Please come take it now!!
Beacuse I am moving out as we speak!

It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact I just found this fella in the boys bathroom....
Nope.. nothing to do with him at all.

And THAT, my dear, is EXACTLY why I do not live in Texas.

See, there *IS* a reason for these cold Canadian winters -- it kills off critters like that.

Icky. Is that what I have to look forward to if we move to TX? Luckily, spiders don't scare me - and I have no problem ending their little lives.

Oh my goodness, he is huge! Here in East Texas we got house spiders and wolf spiders. At the current moment my cat has caught alittle house mouse! The joys of living in the country! Of course I wouldn't trade it for the world! Found you via The Horseshoeing Housewife

Well thank you for all the support!!

I almost slept through the night last-nigh!! ;)

You know how sometimes you feel something crawling up your leg when your in bed but there really isn't anything there?

Well I can throw back the covers, leap from the bed, flip on the light, and grab a baseball bat faster than anyone you know!

No more seen... yet....

Thanks for the comments!! I giggle uncontrollably when I get comments!

I found you through Pioneer Woman and check in every few days--

I nearly ran screaming just from the PICTURE. I can't imagine finding this in your house! We're in Texas too but have never seen anything like that. Of course, we're not in the country either.

So what did you do with it? How did you kill it? I wouldn't have slept either from having the creepy crawlies all night. Yikes.

hmmm How did I kill it.
well I was the brave one standing on the couch Screaming at the top of my lungs to worker #1..
"If You Lose It and It Gets Away I'm Going to KILL You!!! I'll Never Sleep Again!!!"

He tried to hit it with a shoe...
It threw it back at him!!
Then he managed to schmoosh it with the second shoe.

wasn't pretty. But I was happy ;)

I think I'd leave the house to the spider too....if I ever saw a spider that size in my house I'd run out screaming and flat out refuse to come back.

My hubby (the macho door guru) is scared to death of spiders. I'm the one who gets up, finds a slipper and smooshes the spiders. Geeze what we don't put up with for guys...
Nice spider btw.
