I JUST saw these recently on the Food Network, I think! They looked so yummy! They laid the tater in a shallow, large spoon, so as not to cut all the way through. This is definitely something I will try, especially with cooler weather coming.
My kids LOVE hasselback potatoes! We make them quite frequently. Mine don't usually look so perfect and pretty, though :)
